Frail Realities runs well organised events that requires everyone involved, be they players or crew, to book in advance. This is because we can only be properly organised if we know the number of people we are dealing with. .

Crewing our events is always free.

Because we properly organise our events, write them in some detail and make sure we have made suitable arrangements(both plot wise and in practical terms) for the number of players we have reasonably strict rules about bookings.

Our events usually have limited spaces. When an event is advertised, a player can reserve a space on that event. Their booking is only confirmed when we actually receive payment, which is always in advance. If you have reserved a space on an event and have not yet paid then we will try and warn you if someone else is looking to take that space from you. If you ever reserve a place and then end up not paying for that space then in future we will only allow you to book onto an event when you pay, not reserve a space in advance of payment.

Booking fees are not refundable under any circumstances and places are not transferable. If an event is cancelled for some reason beyond our control (one never has been to date) or we have to substantially change it is some way then we will refund your money. In these cases we will try and make it up to you in some way at a later date.

The prices for FR events vary, based on the length of the event and the cost of the site. We offer cheaper prices for people who pay earlier. The cheaper prices are based on when you pay us, not when you reserve a space.

Some events allow play to crew bookings. This means you would like to play, but are willing to crew if we are short. People who book on a play to crew basis will be told on the day of the event (though they might be told earlier) whether they can play or not. If they can play, then they pay for their space on the day at the cheapest price we offered for that event. They also gain an extra award of 5 character points.

Anybody who is involved in an FR event in any way, be they playing or crewing, has to sign our disclaimer.

Our preferred method of payment is by means of Paypal to Silverdrea@aol.com

Cheques should be made payable to Silver Dreamer and posted to our contact address.

If you happen to see Justin or Chris then you can pay them personally by means of cheque or cash.
