Event Diary Frail Realities runs events at a variety of sites in the south east, mostly within an hour or less of the M25. These events tend to fill up fairly quickly. It is wise to join our mailing list in order to be advised of when events are being run - though these web pages are regularly updated, the number of free spaces can change rapidly. If you book to either play or crew an event you will be given more details, directions and so forth closer to the date. All prices include a
five quid supplement to cover crew food budget. Below is
a full listing of our 2006 events. A version with a full list of who is booked on to what gets sent to

to Justin@frailrealties.com 2006 Schedule Below is a full listing of our 2006 events, complete with a list of who is presently booked on to what. I will periodically update this.
This might all sound rather draconian, but is not really -all we want to do is make sure everyone knows where they stand so they can plan their lives, and so we can plan the event. Other Events Scattered in here are an assortment of non FR events (I will add as the year goes on) that Chris and/or I and/or a chunk of FR people are involved in. Booking Terms You are considered to be ‘booked’ on to an event when you have paid. You can let us know that you wish to play and not pay, which will mean your space is considered ’reserved’. We will warn you if circumstances indicate you might loose your space if it is reserved and negotiate with you accordingly. No refunds are ever given unless we cancel the event or change its nature in some material way (moving site, changing threshold etc. etc.).
Prices Most of the events below have one listed price. This price is modified as follows: Pay more than 6 full weeks in advance and you get a 10% discount. Pay less than 6 full days before the event and there is a 20% surcharge. New players get a 20 quid discount, after any percentage change. Some events offer a greater discount -if you book and pay for more than one event at once, you take the biggest discount. Referees get a10% discount on top of any other discount. Some events have a special price for payment received in 2005 for 2006 events – you do not get the percentages as well.
Spaces Other Events We may add a couple more events over the course of the year.
If you book to crew more than 4 months in advance you gain a 10 CP bonus when you actually crew, more than 6 weeks and you get 5CP. We may not take crew bookings in advance from people who promise to crew and then do not show up. These bonuses are recorded, below, after your name.
Play to Crew is a type of booking that means that you will crew if we need you to and play otherwise. You gain a 5CP bonus and pay as if you had the large discount -20%. We decide who needs to crew on the morning of the event and generally do this on a ‘last booked, first crew’ basis, but we can choose whoever we like. You gain a 5CP bonus whether you play or crew and receive this on the day. PTC bookings carry the same extra CP awards as crewing. If you ever book PTC and do not show up then you will not be allowed to book play to crew again. Spaces Unless stated otherwise, events are limited to 15 player spaces and five crew to play spaces.
